VIDEO MEDIATION AVAILABLE

We now use the user-friendly and convenient Zoom video conferencing for the vast majority of our mediations, as our clients prefer. This is a simple and elegant program that is widely used throughout the world. We have been using it successfully for video appearance at mediation since 2017.

With all of our mediations, we schedule a Zoom video conference and send participants the instructions for joining by video. Since we began doing video mediations regularly in March of 2020, we have learned that we can make them very similar to in-person mediations. We are getting to the printer at the same rate or better, and frequently in less time.
