We are offering the following options for handling the mediation of insurance claims from Hurricane Irma on expedited basis:
- Mr. O’Dell has availability on his calendar to mediate Irma claims on relatively short notice, with no travel charges applicable to mediations held in Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Polk and Pinellas Counties. Please book online or email chantal@daisleymediation.com with your preferred dates.
- Mr. Daisley’s calendar has some availability through the end of the year, but if you are looking to mediate sooner than dates are available on the online calendar, you may request a Saturday mediation by emailing chantal@daisleymediation.
- We are available to mediate groups of claims, using our video conference technology as necessary.
- We are offering to mediate Irma claims on an expedited basis using the Impasse Buster streamlined mediation methodology. The Impasse Buster fundamentally involves bottom-line, no pose negotiations through a confidential, double-blind bidding process similar to Priceline(R). All figures go to the Mediator only, and not to the other side. Only a winning Bid – the settlement number – is ever disclosed.
