Impasse Buster Site Officially Launched

Daisley Mediation is pleased to announce the official launch of the Impasse Buster website.  If you have mediated your case to impasse, but recognize that the case is still likely to settle sometime between the mediation conference and the empaneling of the jury, the Impasse Buster process is available to resolve the case now, before further time, effort and expense are incurred.  The process has been fine-tuned over the last 18 months so as to maximize the chances of settlement.  20 of the first 25 Impasse Buster cases resulted in settlements.  If you have a case that might be a good candidate, please complete our brief case submission form and we will let you know if the case is eligible.
